ISEG as an entity associated to ProChild Collaborative Laboratory Against Poverty and Social Exclusion (ProChild CoLAB) Association hereby announces the opening of an application procedure for hiring an Executive Director.
Profile:
- Master's degree or equivalent in any scientific field (including MBA). A background in Economics or Management will be preferred;
- Professional experience in the area of administrative, financial and commercial management of R&DI projects;
- Experience in scientific research and/or intervention in the areas of childhood, family and/or society as well as in the preparation and management of project applications;
- Excellent communication, analytical and negotiation skills;
- Experience and ability to lead and develop teams by leveraging their skills and potential;
- Experience and ability to develop the defined long-term organizational strategy and challenge the team to implement it;
- Strong orientation towards meeting objectives and results and towards innovation;
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience in project management roles.
