ISEG welcomes new undergraduate students with Mário Centeno, "Os Quatro e Meia" and Much More


The iconic Quelhas campus is as good as new and ready to welcome around 1,500 new master's and bachelor's students in a record year of applications.

The results of the placements will be released on September 26 and in the following two days the new ISEG students will enroll, being received at the Quelhas campus, right in the center of Lisbon, on the 29th and 30th for a very diverse set of welcoming and integration activities. The following will be present Mário Centeno, mentor of the degrees, also a former student, CEO and founder of Noori Sushi, Diogo Sousa Coutinho in conjunction with the Olympian Nuno Delgado. The 30th will end with a Os Quatro e Meia live concert. All outdoors, in a specially prepared space. Classes will start on October 1st.

According to Clara Raposo, Dean of ISEG: "We hope that, in this new academic year, our students will be able to enjoy the full experience that university should provide: excellent academic training and the possibility of another type of personal development that only materializes through socializing and socializing. That is why we are keen to welcome all new students in person".

In a record year of applications, the new students of the 21 master's degrees already started classes on the 13th and were welcomed the week before with an exciting program. In addition to the welcome and presentation of the presidency, the master's coordinating professors and ISEG services, the concert of the The Black Mamba on the 9th was missed.

The Governor of the Bank of Portugal, Mario CentenoISEG professor and former student, will welcome the new undergraduate students as a mentor to the students entering with the best average in each of the 6 ISEG degrees.

Diogo Sousa Coutinho comes to share his experience of entrepreneurship and the importance of ISEG in this journey.

Nuno DelgadoOlympic medal-winning judoka, comes to talk to new students about the experience and requirements of competing at Olympic level, namely how to work under pressure and how to carry those lessons into business and life.
