The 1st edition of the HR Challenge resulted from the partnership between Vanguard Properties and ISEG, with the support of Advance, HR Ahead Center and SHL. Students from ISEG's 1st and 2nd study cycles were challenged to create a team to think of viable solutions for a real case, within the organizational context.
We share the HR Ahead Center's message:
"To all the teams that participated in the HR Challenge Vanguard Properties/ISEG, we want to leave our congratulations for the excellent work done.
This was a competitive session and unfortunately you can't win them all. But the challenge certainly allowed you to capitalize on skills and overcome weaknesses. The excellent work you produced and the professional and eloquent pitches you made, under great time pressure, is a source of great pride and we anticipate many more successes to come.
