Before the event
Register for the event and the activities you want to participate in using the registration form.

On the day of the event
Check in at the entrance of the fair and present the QR Code you received in the confirmation email. Your profile will be associated with your student card (or Beamian card - given at the entrance of the fair).
By swiping your card on the beamer (electronic identifier) that each company will have on its stand, your CV will be automatically associated with it in a convenient and effective way, dispensing with the use of paper resumes, which benefits both students and recruiters, and of course the environment itself.
After the event
Once the event is over, the companies present receive a personalized list of all interested candidates and their resumes, thus facilitating the selection and recruitment process. Simultaneously, the organization of the event receives a communication with the statistics of the participation in the event.
