Who is the Festival aimed at?
The festival is intended for all short films/documentaries produced from 2013 to 2015 in Portuguese or foreign language.
Why a film festival?
The aim is to encourage and increase cultural production, diversify ISEG's cultural offer and make its facilities known to a wider audience.
