On the 6th December, ISEG will host the pianist António Rosado in conjunction with the Matosinhos String Quartet for a tribute concert to Manuel Dias da Fonseca.
A man of culture and a music lover, Manuel Dias da Fonseca was responsible for organising the music programme in Matosinhos, where countless music cycles were held over the years, including large integrated events. Equally extensive is the list of works commissioned from many of the most important composers. The creation of the Matosinhos Quartet was also his idea.
This is an Antena 2 concert, which starts at 19.00 in ISEG's CGD Auditorium (Quelhas, 2nd Floor).
