The Closing Session of the Management and Public Administration Training Course will be held on November 25 at 11.30 a.m. in the CGD Auditorium.
The session will be attended by the Secretary of State for Education and School Administration, Dr. João Casanova de Almeida.
School Management and Administration Course
The course is aimed at leaders of school groups with 4 Pilot Groups, with leaders from all over the country, operating in Lisbon.
The course is structured in aggregate modules distributed in two large groups:
- Personal Development and People Management.
- Management and Strategy.
It also includes a Final Project and a workshop on the "Law of Educational Organizations", totaling 75 hours of training, which corresponds to 3 credits in the legal system of continuous teacher training. The topics covered were as follows:
- Team Management and Motivation
- Presentation Techniques and Conducting Meetings
- Communication Management
- Time and Priority Management
- Mediation and Negotiation
- Financial Management
- Strategy and Change
- Project Management and Evaluation
