You don't teach wine appreciation, you learn it!
However, learning wine will be easy and fun if you know a few rules. Through many wine tasting courses held all over the world, the author has developed an original methodology to present these rules. After tasting several specially chosen whites and reds, all participants should be equipped with the necessary tools to awaken their critical sense and start appreciating wines in a different way.
Life will then become more colorful and Descartes' famous phrase will have another meaning.
