Applications are now open for CEGE's Contact Center Management course, which starts on January 10, 2017. This course aims to provide an integrated view of Customer Service and the contribution that the Contact Center can make to it. It focuses on the role that the Contact Center plays in an organization's competitiveness, addressing its different components and objectives in a systematic way. The programme explores conceptual models that link operational decisions to the organization's strategic options. It has an eminently practical orientation and is taught by a leading faculty. The GACC is held in partnership with the Portuguese Association of Contact Centers (APCC) and the Association of Customer Service Professionals (AproCS).
