The Course
Leadership.YOU is a training dedicated to the theme of leadership in organizations and its main objective is to give participants an opportunity to make a process of personal transformation based on reflection and self-knowledge, while providing the acquisition of tools and practices of participatory and humanistic leadership.
Leadership.YOU results from the joint organization of Hub ULab ISEG, SOCIUS - Research Center for Economic and Organizational Sociology, Revolutions for a Better World SL, and is sponsored by the UNESCO Chair in Education for Sustainable Global Peace.

METHODOLOGIES
Training new leaders requires personal transformation. And so the dynamics during the sessions are centered around: debates, sharing, individual and group exercises, learning games, knowledge creation dynamics through body expression movements and creative capacity and personal innovation.
All learning will have associated practical cases - social, organizational or personal - to be facilitated through the methodologies. The methodology associated with each module will be the basic support of this path that will have an experiential aspect. About 95%.
Methodologies ™ considered in this training: Authentic Leadership, Theory U, Social Presencing Theater, Mindfulness, Way of Council, Nonviolent Communication, Lego Serious Play, Sociodrama, Theater of the Oppressed, Emotional Intelligence, Coaching.
The course will be taught by 12
experts in the field.

CEOs, middle and senior management, business owners, entrepreneurs, social project organizers, policy makers and members of government, educators, opinion leaders. Limit of 20 places per edition.
