A EWMD Portugal - European Organization for the Development of Management Skills in Women organizes its 2nd "Intellectual Capital" Seminar, with the following guest speaker Prof. Dr. Jorge Landeiro de Vaz.
In this second seminar we will introduce the topic of the female and male brain, based on the conclusions of the research work of psychiatrist and neuro-biologist Louann Brizendine, who recently wrote the book "The Female Brain". The main topic will then be presented: what is intellectual capital, what is knowledge, how is knowledge created and how does intellectual capital create value. And finally, after the debate period, the next EWMD events will be presented.
EWMD Portugal is a non-profit organization whose vision is to contribute to the creation of a society with greater gender diversity, with the active participation of women and men in the management of organizations and in the development of professional careers that consider the fundamental balance between professional and private life.
In this way, it seeks to inspire organizations to implement internal gender diversity policies in order to boost the active participation of female talent in top management. This active participation requires that women develop the necessary skills to play this role in organizations.
