How to make your recruitment process a success? Get ready for assessments!
Assessment Centers (or ACs) are a way for employers to get a holistic view of candidates, very common in the overwhelming majority of recruitment processes that students will face. Through the application of various exercises and activities, assessors can evaluate the skills, characteristics and competencies that are important for the roles, giving participants ample opportunity to demonstrate their differentiating strengths.
