On October 15, the Leadership Tournament will once again come to ISEG!
Organized by AIESEC in ISEG, it promises to be a great tournament, with workshops, challenges and prizes that will bring young and innovative minds closer to the business world. In this first phase, the teams of 4 or 5 registered for each Local Event will qualify for the national final.
The Local Event will consist of two challenges carried out by partner companies, complemented by sessions and/or workshops. The teams will be assessed by a jury made up of employees from the participating company, a university professor or human resources professional and an AIESEC employee trained for this purpose.
This event is also characterized by networking spaces where, in an informal setting, participants and partners can exchange experiences and share knowledge and ideas.
At the end of this phase, the two winning teams from the Local Event will have access to the National Event. In addition to the prizes awarded, these teams will also have access to a mentor who will help them prepare for the National Event.
