Open Day for Secondary School Teachers and Students - ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

14 Jan 14:00
ISEG; Auditorium Caixa Geral de Depósitos

Theme: Development, North/South Relations, Energy, Resources, Environmental Issues

Content: Economic relations between developed and developing countries are increasingly interdependent. The latter are increasingly competing for international investment and product markets. This is leading to a reorganization of international economic relations, including the growing importance of production and access to natural resources, including oil and other raw materials.
However, development encompasses other sensitive dimensions to which answers need to be found: environmental impact.
