ISEGUIADAS | Presentation Session

A ceremony to present and hand over equipment to the participating teams will be held on May 15 at 6 p.m. in ISEG's CGD Auditorium. The session will be attended by members of the teams and their sponsors, as well as the president of ISEG.

The ISEGUÍADAS is an academic and sporting competition, promoted by ISEG and the ISEG Students' Association (AEISEG) in order to foster the spirit of "a healthy body in a healthy mind" among the School's students, encouraging both: the best academic performance from the students, along with the healthy practice of sporting activity.

The competition is an annual contest for undergraduate students, covering the marks obtained by students in both their academic performance and the results of sporting or social competitions held within the school.

Two teams will take part in this competition, based on a historic but very healthy rivalry that exists at the school: one called Economics, which brings together students from the degree courses in Economics and Mathematics Applied to Economics and Management (MAEG), and the other called Management, which brings together students from the degree courses in Management and Finance.

Each team will have a set of three sponsors, two of whom will be nominated by AEISEG, preferably recent alumni with links to the two courses that make up the team, and the third will be chosen by the ISEG Alumni Association (Alumni Económicas). The godparents will be responsible for handing over the equipment at the opening ceremony of the Iseguiadas.
