The seminar will be presented by Professor Joaquim Ramos Silva, coordinator of the Master in International Economics and European Studies at ISEG. The guest speaker is Professor Emeritus Fernando José Cardim de Carvalho, from UFRJ - Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
