The Rector of ULisboa, António Cruz Serra, has the honor of inviting you to the Opening of the Academic Year 2016-2017.

A formal sitting will take place on October 13th (Thursday), at 5:30 p.m., in the Aula Magna. Jorge Calado will be presented with the 2016 University of Lisbon Prize.

Teachers wishing to take part in the academic procession, which starts at 5pm, must confirm their presence and academic dress is compulsory.

The commemorative concert will take place on the day October 14th (Friday), at 9 p.m., in the Aula Magna, with a performance by the Orquestra do Norte and the participation of the University of Lisbon Choir
