Webinar | The Competitiveness of the Portuguese Economy

29 Sep from 19:00 to 20:00
Online (Zoom)

The Economic Alumni organizes the webinar 'The Competitiveness of the Portuguese Economy', on September 29th, at 19h000, with the guests António Saraiva, Jorge Magalhães Correia, Miguel St. Aubyn, Paulo Moita de Macedo and Luís Nazaré.

We are coming out of lockdown and now is the time to evaluate the performance of the Portuguese economy in recent years.

But what's more important is that we look ahead to what needs to be done in the near future, particularly with the tools we have at our disposal to face the challenges of the future. And, along the way, to rethink the competitive model of the Portuguese economy. Where are our biggest problems in terms of competitiveness? What threats and opportunities do we have to face when compared to our international competitors? What will need to be done if the country is to regain a sustained long-term growth path?

To lead this discussion, Alumni Económicas has challenged a panel of excellence, and now invites you to take part in this important discussion in the next major Alumni Económicas webinar.
