Biografia
Aida Isabel Tavares is an associate professor with aggregation of Economics, in the area of Public Economics and Welfare. Her area of expertise is Health Economics, and she is particularly interested in topics such as health economics and policy, health systems, health insurance, financing, health determinants, and medicines. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Department of Economics and of the RedeSaúde team at the University of Lisbon. She is an integrated researcher, and president of the fiscal board, at the Center for Health Studies and Research at the University of Coimbra.
