Our students have access to an Academic Management portal called " AQUILA ", where the following can be carried out, anywhere, at any time: consultation of the curricular plan, enrolment or consultation of course units for which the student is enrolled, grade records, summary reports, exam calendars, tuition fee payment situation, time table, etc.

The Ungergraduate Website is also available, where you can consult all pertinent academic and administrative information regarding lecture times, timetables, tuition fees, emission of certificates, amongst others. 

With the aim of providing an effective communication process for the whole academic community, E-mail and the AQUILA portal are the priority means of internal communication.

Students are wholly responsible for ensuring that their E-mail, photo and personal details  are correctly registered and are up-to-date on the "AQUILA" portal, in accordance with both the directive of the Ministry of Education, and also the internal values of transparency that ISEG has always cherished, which help avoid any incidences of fraud.

Personalisation of your E-mail:

All new students for 2016/2017 are attributed a university E-mail - which is used for all official ISEG communication -  which is automatically created on registration and which includes your student number, e.g.: l12345@aln.iseg.ulisboa.pt (the first digit is an L in lower case).

You can personalise this address just once, on Aquila, by following the following procedure: "Personal"; "Information"; "Login and E-mail" - changing L12345 to whatever you want.

You should regularly check the Undergratuare Office Website on the same portal.

To place all Announcements of the Undergraduate Office as a 'Favourite', after logging in to AQUILA, follow the following procedure:

1 ^st  Access the " Communication" tab;

2 ^nd Access the " Channels" tab;

3 ^rd Select " University Units";

4 ^th Choose your unit and the option " Undergraduate Office (Seclic);

5 ^th Select " Add" the Undergraduate Office channel in the " Favourites" column.
