Postgraduate training is playing an increasingly important role in the European labor market. Both university students who want to enter the professional world and those who are already in it are aware of the ever-increasing competitiveness of the market and the need to differentiate themselves beyond what they obtained at university.
In total, nearly 400 educational institutions will be at FIEP, offering postgraduate courses, with the aim of encouraging Portuguese mobility, as is the purpose of the Bologna Treaty. Among the European schools are some of the most prestigious such as ADM Business School, CIFF - Centro Internacional de Formación Financiera or CUNEF - Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros. They come from Spain (the majority), France, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Italy, the United States and Belgium.

The events are especially aimed at students and recent graduates from Portuguese universities, and professionals who want to increase their qualifications or find a more qualified job, focusing on a more specific area.
The fair has been held since 1997 and this is the second time in a row that it has been held in Lisbon, this year with the novelty of being held in two editions: an exhibition in Porto on April 22 and another in Lisbon on April 28.
