The research carried out as part of the master's degree in Real Estate Management and Valuation has achieved international recognition and resulted in the recent publication by VDM of the book "Housing Market Research: London Undergound Influence on Housing Market".
The book, written by Daniel Estrella, who holds a master's degree in Real Estate Management and Evaluation from ISEG, and Prof. João Carvalho das Neves (his master's thesis advisor), was based on the
master's dissertation, and is an example of the recognition of the quality work being carried out at ISEG in this area of knowledge.
