The programme is designed to answer the question "How do you manage and develop your employees for good performance?" and is aimed at all first line managers or anyone in organizations who has a team management role. The course coordinator is Prof. João Carvalho das Neves, ISEG/IDEFE.
Objectives
- Helping to align employees' interests with the organization's objectives and strategy;
- Contribute to a management style based on employee motivation;
- Learning to delegate to generate results with motivation;
- Manage conflicts actively and positively;
- Knowing how to deal with personal and employee emotional states in stressful situations;
- Developing active communication strategies with employees.
