The National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), as part of its strategy to promote the protection of industrial property among national knowledge producers, has developed a set of training modules in the area of industrial property protection, namely in the area of patents and utility models. These awareness actions are provided by INPI's own examiners.
Since 2010, OTIC has organized training sessions on the protection of scientific knowledge, promoting not only the need to protect the industrial property of scientific and technological works, but also the types of protection available.
Taking into account the new reality of the University of Lisbon and the different areas of knowledge that are now added, OTIC reinforces the focus on support in the protection of intellectual property, through the organization of two training sessions on 23 and 24 September.

Teachers, Researchers, Students, Senior Technicians from all Schools, Institutes and Research Centers of the University of Lisbon and the general public with interests in these topics.
