The Everis Foundation has opened the deadline for applications for the Entrepreneurs Award, which will reward the business project that aims to develop a technological, social or environmental innovation, and that falls into any of these categories:
Information technologies and the digital economy
Health and Biotechnology
Industrial or energy technologies
This international award, now in its 13th edition, provides the following prizes:
Winner: EUR 60000 for project development and launch, plus a package of consultancy services worth EUR 10000.
Honorable Mention: 40000 for the development and launch of the project plus the same consultancy services as the winner.
Finalists: Consultancy services for the development of the project in the amount of 5000 euros.
It is also noteworthy that the Honorable Mentions of the 2012 and 2013 editions were won by Portuguese projects, Cell2b and HeartGenetics, two start-ups of excellence for which the entrepreneurship award, in addition to the financial component, also contributes to their international projection.
