Fernão Mendes Pinto Prize

The Association of Portuguese Universities (AULP) hereby announces the opening of applications for the Fernão Mendes Pinto Prize 2014.

This prize, awarded annually by the AULP, aims to reward a Master's Dissertation or a Doctoral Thesis that contributes to bringing Portuguese-speaking communities closer together, explaining relations between communities in at least two countries.

The value of the Fernão Mendes Pinto Prize is €8,000 (eight thousand euros), to be awarded in a joint partnership between AULP and CPLP to the winning author and whose publication will be the responsibility of the Camões Institute.
