Honoris Causa | Sérgio Niza and Agustín Escolano Benito

23rd Aprilat
6pm, in
Aula Magna, the University of Lisbon, at the proposal of the Institute of Education, awards the title of
Honorary Doctorate to Sérgio Niza and Augustín Escolano.
With this distinction, reserved for eminent personalities who have distinguished themselves by their scientific, artistic or cultural curriculum of high international projection, we intend to pay tribute to and recognize the contribution of two outstanding and inspiring figures in Education and, in particular, in Portuguese Pedagogy and the History of Education.
The ceremony will be attended by Professor António Sampaio da Nóvoa and Professor Justino Pereira de Magalhães, who will eulogize the doctoral candidates as godparents.
