BTL - International Tourism Fair 2017 takes place from March 15 to 19 at FIL (Parque das Nações, Lisbon).
BTL is an event full of challenges and proposals:
- For professionals in the tourism sector, it's an opportunity to meet professional buyers, to get to know the competition. To analyze market trends and position their offer in an innovative and competitive way.
- For the public, it's an opportunity to discover new destinations and solutions. To compare offers and buy at highly competitive prices.
BTL includes the initiative "
I BACKPACKED IN LATIN AMERICA", organized by AIP FIL with the support of Casa da América Latina, IPDJ - Instituto Português do Desporto e Juventude, ISEG, among other university institutions, through the dissemination and creation of hobbies related to the backpacking, of the Volta ao Mundo magazine.
"I Backpacked in Latin America" is essentially about activities:

More than 75,000 visitors are expected at "Portugal's great tourism festival". BTL 2017 has 1,200 exhibitors, including international and regional tourism representatives, travel agencies and tour operators, hotels, transport, among others.
