Call for tender for the hiring of 2 Ph.D. Researchers - Junior and Auxiliary

The Executive Committee of the CSG - Research in Social Sciences and Management has decided to open an international selection competition for two (2) PhD positions - Junior and Assistant - to carry out scientific research activities, under an uncertain term employment contract under the Labor Code, with a maximum duration of six years, based on the performance of a specific, precisely defined and non-durable service.

The application deadline is August 31, 2020.

The activities to be carried out will be integrated into the work plan of the CSG - Research in Social Sciences and Managementunder the Multiannual Financing Program Contract for R&D Units 2020-2023, with reference UIDP/04521/2020, signed between the Foundation for Science and Technology, I.P. and CSG - Research in Social Sciences and Management and its Management Institutions.

The selected PhD students will be hired by one of its four Management Institutions integrated in the CSG - Research in Social Sciences and Management, depending on the profile of the selected candidates: SOCIUS - Centre for Research in Economic and Organizational Sociology (ISEG, University of Lisbon); ADVANCE - Centre for Advanced Research in Management (ISEG, University of Lisbon); CEsA - Centre for Studies on Africa and Development (ISEG, University of Lisbon); GHES - Economic and Social History Office (ISEG, University of Lisbon).
