Soon, the graduating students will enter the job market! And, they will be going through a radical change, a challenging and uncertain period that must be faced with courage and proactivity.
Aware of how important it is to have someone to guide you in this critical stage of life, the Economic Alumni - ISEG's Alumni Association decided to re-launch the Mentoring Programso that you, the finalists, Master's students and recent graduates of our School may have an ISEG alumnus, graduated more than 5 years ago, as your mentor and to accompany you in a continuous and very personal way during the process of integration into the labor market.

Through this program you will have the opportunity to learn directly from those who have already achieved high professional standards, and who are generously willing to share their time and knowledge to support you in your personal and professional development process.

Anyone who meets the following requirements can sign up as a Mentees:
- Graduation finalist students (attending the 3rd year in the 21/22 school year)
- Master's Students and Graduate Students
- Former ISEG students with less than 5 years of professional experience
