Are you a student at ISEG or another school of the University of Lisbon? Would you like to solve a real Human Resources case and receive a prize? This is the ideal challenge for you!
The HR Challenge is an initiative resulting from the partnership between Vanguard Properties and ISEG, with the support of Advance, HR Ahead Center and SHL. Students from the 1st and 2nd study cycle (undergraduate and masters) of the University of Lisbon are challenged to create a team of 3 to 5 members to think of viable solutions for a real case, within the organizational context. The winning team receives a monetary prize of 1,500€ plus a workshop of Career Coaching and the 2nd place team receives a monetary prize of 500 euros.
The theme of the case study is the challenges of the coexistence of different generations in the workplace (diversity and inclusion).
On February 17th the online kick-off session will take place, from 7pm to 9pm, and on February 25th the team challenge will take place in person at ISEG, from 9am to 2pm.
