launch of the book "Information Systems Governance", at 6pm, on the Terrace (Ed. Novo Quelhas).
The session will be attended by Professor Mário Caldeira, Professor Almiro de Oliveira and engineer Eugénio Baptista.

About the work
This book celebrates the 10th anniversary of the European Club for the Governance of Information Systems (ceGSI). Information and Information Systems Governance is understood as the design and implementation of specialized activities related to taking political and strategic positions on Information Systems, involving their compatibility and integration with Corporate Governance. It is argued that the Governance of Information and Information Systems is an inevitability of Management at the highest level of organizations, making it a critical issue for their activity and sustainability. The book includes a small sample of the varied texts resulting from dozens of cases (in various sectors of economic activity and public administration) which, over the last 10 years, have been studied by the members of ceGSI-Portugal.
