- ISEG's Management Research Centre and CSG - Consortium in Social Sciences and Management are organizing the "
International HRM Conference in Portuguese".
Goals
–
To promote the production of quality scientific research in the scientific areas of Human Resources Management and related areas;
– Contribute to the development of articles and work in progress through constructive discussion;
–
Providing early career researchers with the opportunity to discuss their research projects in the form of an article;
– Develop skills in terms of critical evaluation of scientific work and presentation of research work;
–
To deepen contacts between members of the scientific community in the Portuguese-speaking world who do research in the areas of Human Resources Management and related areas;
Operation
The conference, to be held on November 17, will feature a guest speaker and the presentation and discussion of accepted papers. A
Recipients
Researchers and teachers in the fields of Human Resources Management and related areas, students in master's and doctoral programs, as well as other agents interested in the research topics presented.
Partnership with
European Journal of Management Studies (EJMS)
The Conference established a protocol with the
European Journal of Management StudiesThis is the first time that the best articles from the Conference will be considered for publication in 2018. The best Conference papers will be evaluated and, after final acceptance by the journal's editorial team, will be published.
Applications open until November 16th:
- September 1 to October 15, 2017 (1st period);
- October 16 to November 14, 2017 (2nd period);
- November 15 and 16, 2017 (3rd period).
