Registration of the PhD Thesis Topic

After completing the curricular part of the doctoral course, and within the deadlines set annually in the important deadlines, should register the PhD thesis via Fenix.

To make the registration, you must follow the steps below:

"Student" > "Academic Works" - click in "View"

After you enter you should fill the tabs “Registo do Tema” and “Orientação”.

In the “Orientação” tab, if the supervisor is an ISEG professor, you must click on “+Add Internal Person” and in the “Person” field start writing the name of the professor. The correct one will always be the one that appears in parentheses with the name, you should not select the user with numbers.

If the teacher's name does not appear, you must send us an email (smd@iseg.ulisboa.pt) so that we can request it to be created in the system.

If you wish to attach any documents, you must do so in the tab: "Upload Registo do Tema".
