Fenix Portal:

Our students have access to an Academic Management portal called "FENIX", where the following can be carried out, anywhere, at any time: consultation of the curricular plan, enrollment or consultation of course units for which the student is enrolled, grade records, summary reports, exam calendars, tuition fee payment situation, time table, etc.
You should regularly check the Undergraduate Office Website on the same portal.
You should also regularly consult institutional communication in the tab "My Fenix" > "Communication" > "Inbox" - here are announcements published with information from the Undergraduate Office and teachers.

Institutional Email:

On registration, a institutional E-mail account is automatically created for you.
This account is accessed via Webmail (on the top-right corner of the ISEG homepage), or the link: https://outlook.office365.com
The E-mail address starts with the student's number, e.g. l12345@aln.iseg.ulisboa.pt (the first letter is a lowercase L)
The PASSWORD is the same as that of the Fenix Portal. (This information is supplied in the PDF which is made available when you register)

Important Notes:

→ If you have problems with the password in the email, on the Fenix portal, you can recover it at:tab "My Fenix"> "Services ISEG" > "Password Recovery"
→ If you do not know what your University E-mail address is, you can find it on Fenix: using the tab "My Fenix"> "Personal Info" > "Personal Data"
→ In case you do not have the Fenix access password, the Helpdesk service will be able to generate a new one. (helpdesk@iseg.ulisboa.pt)
→ Should you have any kind of problem, this should be reported to the Helpdesk (on the top-right corner of the ISEG homepage).
→ You should stop using your original 'Applicant Username' after registration, as this does not have access to all the information of the Portal.

Personalization of your E-mail:

The University E-mail address (to where all ISEG communication is sent) starts with the student's number, e.g. l12345@aln.iseg.ulisboa.pt (the first letter is a lower case L)

This address can be altered ONLY ONCE by the student on Fenix: using "My Fenix" > "Personal Info" > "Personalized Email" - allowing you to alter it from "l12345" to whatever name you choose.
Having made this personalization, from then on you should use this new address to login to Office 365.
If you have any problem with your password, you can change in on Fenix: using the tab "My Fenix"> "Personal Info" > "Change Password"
