The European Journal of Management Studies, ISEG's academic publication in the area of Management, was included in the Australian Business Deans Council Journal Quality List 2022.
ABDC represents the collective voice of Australia's 38 university business schools and publishes the Journal Quality List since 2008.
In 2022, the last JQL revision took place and EJMS was one of 23 new titles awarded a spot. As a new member, we are proud to have achieved a “C” grade, but we aim to grow and improve in the future!

Founded in 1993 as “Estudos de Gestão”, it later changed its name to “Portuguese Journal of Management Studies”. In 2015, the Journal gained a more international outlook and changed its name to “The European Journal of Management Studies”. However, since its inception, it has been a generalist magazine in Management, interested in publishing articles in different areas of Management, including strategy, marketing, human resources, organizational behavior, operations and logistics, finance, accounting, management control , taxation, management information systems, entrepreneurship, economic sociology and international management.
