2022/23 Mentoring Program

Goal

The goal of the Economic Alumni Mentoring Program is to provide the best possible placement for ISEG graduates in the labor market, creating unique learning and leadership opportunities that are fundamental to building successful career paths.

Through this program, Mentees have the opportunity to be accompanied in a continuous and very personal way during the process of integration into the labor market. They can learn directly from those who have already reached high professional levels, and who are willing to share their time and knowledge to support Mentees in their personal and professional development process.

Mentors have the opportunity to "sponsor" an ISEG alumnus, and have the rewarding experience of developing their leadership skills and a true relationship of sharing, mentoring, and friendship.
