ISEG Lisbon School of Economics & Management, through ISEG Alumni Económicas, has just launched a new level of its renowned Mentoring Programme, especially directed to alumni with 5 to 15 years of professional experience.
The new level, entitled "Professional Mentoring", represents a strategic investment by ISEG in supporting the growth and career transformation of its former students.
Developed by ISEG Alumni Económicas, the objective of this new initiative is to accompany alumni at a critical stage in their careers, providing them with personalised guidance from mentors with more than 20 years' experience and consolidated career paths. All the mentors are also ISEG alumni, thus creating a bridge between generations that strengthens the School's network as an asset of lasting value.
"It's about creating a bridge between generations of alumni and strengthening the ISEG network as an invaluable asset throughout their careers", says Sandra Alvarez, a member of the Management Board and head of the ISEG Alumni Económicas Mentoring Programme.
Professional Mentoring offers individual and confidential sessions, tailored to the challenges and professional ambitions of each mentee. Mentors are selected on a personalised basis, reflecting the profiles and objectives defined by the participants.
The programme officially starts on 1 July and is available to all ISEG alumni who are members of the ISEG Alumni Económicas association -- a condition that can be met at the time of registration. With this new programme, ISEG strengthens its position as a business school of excellence committed to the success of its students and alumni, promoting opportunities for continuous development in an increasingly demanding and volatile job market.
