The ISEG Alumni Económicas - ISEG Alumni Association Is continuing its Mentoring Programme. The objective of this initiative is to support final-year students and recent graduates in their transition to the job market.
The programme gives each participant the opportunity to be accompanied by a mentor - a former ISEG student who graduated more than five years ago - who can share his or her professional experience and provide close, personalised support.
The objective is to facilitate the integration of young people into the job market. This is a period of great challenges, radical changes and uncertainty, but one that must be faced with courage and proactivity.
The deadline for applications for mentees is open until 30 September. The following can sign up:
- Final year Bachelor’s students (attending their 3rd year in the academic year 25/26)
- Final year Master's/Postgraduate students
- New graduates (less than 1 year)
Through Ignite Mentoring, participants will have the opportunity to be part of a group of leaders and learn from professionals who have already consolidated their careers. They benefit from sharing knowledge, experiences and a privileged network of contacts.
