About the work:

"Not all managers are required to have the so-called ‘flair,’ the stroke of genius, or the inspired decision. However, they must all be familiar with the rules and procedures that have been tested and proven to provide a safe and sustainable path for organizations.
That is why Management is studied—to understand the rules that govern the organization of employees and other resources, to learn from both successes and mistakes, sometimes more from failures than from triumphs. And when management knowledge is conveyed by someone who combines scientific expertise with practical experience, we have the recipe for success.
This book embodies precisely that. Its author, Professor Almiro de Oliveira, brings together wisdom and extensive experience, linking the business world and its needs with the knowledge provided by academia to address those needs.
Reading Professor Almiro de Oliveira’s lessons challenges us to reflect on the consequences of management in today’s and future environments, where generative Artificial Intelligence presents us with new challenges.
For all these reasons, this book deserves our attention. It comes from the hands of someone with deep expertise, capable of guiding us through the jungle of information overload, particularly regarding Management and its techniques. Reading it enhances our ability to navigate our lives as managers with greater confidence.".
