The new edition of the Universidade de Lisboa/Caixa Geral de Depósitos Scientific Awards.has just been launched, which will award 26 Prizes and 52 Honourable Mentions. The deadline for applications is the 23rd February, 2024 . This year a new evaluation methodology will be adopted.
The latest of the Scientific Awards were established by ULisboa in collaboration with Caixa Geral de Depósitos.The aim is to reward scientific research activity and encourage the practice of international publication of recognised quality and impact. Those eligible are members of faculty and researchers with a PhD who are in full time employment at the time of the application deadline, as well as post-doc grant-assisted researchers who have been carrying out research at Universidade de Lisboa for at least two years, providing they are resident in Portugal and meet the requirements set out in the Rules and Regulations.
