“Assessment in Higher Education: Pedagogical Perspectives and Artificial Intelligence” is the theme of an event that will take place on 3 February 2026, at the Pavilhão de Portugal Congress Centre.
The rapid integration of artificial intelligence into teaching and learning processes poses new challenges to assessment practices and opens up new pedagogical perspectives. The Inov@U Days offer a space for critical reflection on the impact of AI on assessment, exploring the challenges, perspectives and opportunities of the technology.
Theoretical perspectives and concrete pedagogical experiences will be discussed, including the reliability of assessment instruments, academic integrity and the role of the professor, where technology is no longer just a resource, but takes on an active role in the teaching and learning process.
