2nd International Conference on HRM in Portuguese

A 2nd International Conference on HRM in Portuguese will be held at ISEG from February 14 to 15, 2019.

ADVANCE - ISEG's Management Research Center and CSG - Consortium in Social Sciences and Management invite authors from the Portuguese-speaking world to submit articles in the scientific area of Human Resources Management and related areas.
Theoretical and empirical papers should be submitted in Portuguese and should be no more than 6,000 words in length, respecting the conference rules ( Click here).


Recipients
Researchers and teachers in the fields of Human Resources Management and related areas, students in master's and doctoral programs, as well as other agents interested in the research topics presented.

Important dates
- Sending articles and work in progress:  November 21, 2018.
- Communication of acceptance of papers for presentation:   until December 14, 2018.
- Registration of authors of papers accepted for presentation:   to  5 days after receipt notification of acceptance .
- Registration:   from December 1, 2018 to January 15, 2019 (1st period); January 16 to February 5, 2019 (2nd period); February 6 to 8, 2019 (3rd period).

Submission of the text of articles and works in progress and selection process
The text of the articles must be sent by  November 21st, to the e-mail address:  inscricoes@advance.iseg.ulisboa.pt
note:   The title of the e-mail must clearly state the topic to which the article is being submitted to the Conference.

The selection of papers for presentation at the Conference will be subject to their assessment by evaluators assigned to each theme.

Partnership with the magazine   European Journal of Management Studies    (EJMS)
The Conference established a protocol with the   European Journal of Management Studiesunder which the best papers from the conference will be considered for publication.   The best Conference papers will be evaluated and, after final acceptance by the journal's editorial team, will be published.
