On March 18, ISEG will host a debate to present the results of the
Budget Watch 2016: Budget Rigor and Transparency,
Old habits or new practices?
The Secretary of State for the Budget, João Leão, will make an opening speech after a welcome from the President of ISEG, Professor Mário Caldeira, and the President of IPP, Carlos Farinha Rodrigues. Manuela Arcanjo, Miguel St. Aubyn and Luís Teles Morais will present the results of the seventh edition of Budget Watch.
The results will then be discussed by a panel made up of Miguel Cadilhe, a member of Budget Watch's Scientific Advisory Board, Jorge Marrão,
Partner from Deloitte, and MPs Inês Domingos and João Galamba.
The public will also be invited to take part in this discussion.
