The Tarantella Trio was born in 2014, the natural fruit of the friendship between flutist Tiago Canto, clarinetist Susana Valente, and pianist Pedro Ramos, musicians who had already worked together several times. The complicity between the three brought them together in Trio, and it is not only visible in the performances but also audible, necessarily influencing their sound.

In addition to the obvious pleasure that music brings to its members and that promises to infect its audience, the Trio is interested in a great diversity of styles and eras, seeking to cover a vast repertoire that extends from the Baroque period to the present day, passing through various musical geographies. The Trio has also regularly premiered works by contemporary composers.

The Tarantella Trio has already performed in several concerts and in reference halls, such as the CCB and the Palácio Foz, in addition to having already debuted abroad, at the XXXI Iberian Music Festival of Badajoz. Always warmly welcomed by the public, and the target of the best reviews, Trio Tarantella continues to work, having already scheduled a recital recorded for Antena 2 still in 2014.
