A specialist in contemporary Portuguese colonial history, French researcher Michel Cahen (Science Po Bordeaux) will present a seminar at ISEG on 11th November, at 18.00 (Novo Banco Room, 4th floor of Quelhas), with free admission.
Entitled “From the Single ‘Marxist-Leninist’ Party to the Neoliberal Hegemonic Party: Fifty years of authoritarian paternalism in Angola and Mozambique”, the seminar is an initiative of the Development Studies Seminars, which promote the research carried out within the research group on Development Studies and Sustainable Transitions , part of ISEG Research.
