From 24–27 June 2026, ISEG Research/ADVANCE will host the KM Conference 2026, an international conference organised by the International Institute of Knowledge Management, which will bring together researchers, professors and professionals from various countries to discuss topics such as Knowledge Management, Cybersecurity, Learning and Information Technology.
The conference will feature the participation of keynote speakers Meir Russ (University of Wisconsin–Green Bay), who will present the session “How Do Theoretical Frameworks Shape Our Understanding of Knowledge and Consciousness in the Age of AI?”, and from Professor Carla Curado (ISEG), which will present the session “Landmarks in Knowledge Management and Future Research Directions'.
The programme also includes a workshop on the topic “AI on the Ground: What’s Actually Changing in Knowledge Management and Cybersecurity?'.
