ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management invites the entire academic community, alumni, partners and friends to attend the Professor Manuel Mira Godinho's Last Lesson, to be held on 30 January 2026.
Under the theme “Performance evaluation of faculty and universities in the age of artificial intelligence”, this session marks the celebration of a distinguished academic career, with an outstanding contribution to research in innovation, science and technology and to the training of generations of economists and researchers.
The introduction to the Last Lesson will be given by Prof. Dr. Clara Raposo, Vice-Governor of the Bank of Portugal and lecturer at ISEG, and Professor João Caraça, retired ISEG professor, in a moment of academic and personal recognition of Professor Mira Godinho's legacy.
The session will be in Portuguese and starts at 6pm in Auditorium 5 of ISEG (New Quelhas Building), followed by a Port of Honor on the Rooftop.
