is one of the most important Brazilian scientific journals in the social sciences, classified as A2 in Qualis (the maximum being A1).
The Revista de Gestão Empresarial - RBGN is a quarterly publication of open access and totally free of charge, of FECAP - Fundação Escola de Comércio Álvares Penteado and emerged in 2004 as the successor of Revista Álvares Penteado.
The journal aims to disseminate and promote scientific debate in Business Administration and Accounting, and its mission is to disseminate high-level academic studies and research on Administration, Accounting and Economics that can contribute to the improvement of management within organizations.
Since the first issue in 2013, the journal is bilingual, published electronically in two languages: English and Portuguese (or possibly Spanish).
RBGN is indexed by databases and directories recognized by the national and international scientific community.
