Thematic Cycle | Psychosocial Risks and Labour Rights

ISEG-Lisbon School of Economics and Management, Universidade de Lisboa, is organising a Thematic Cycle on Health & Safety at Work, entitled 'Psychosocial Risks and Labour Rights” to be held on February 19, 20 and 21, 2026, in Amphitheater 4 of the Quelhas 6 Building at Universidade de Lisboa.

This two-and-a-half day cycle covers various topics related to health at work and will contribute to the development of a culture of prevention, with special emphasis on psychosocial risks and inherent employment rights, by disseminating scientific and technical information and best organisational practices in this area. Promoting a culture of prevention involves adopting practices that contribute to preventing and controlling risks at all levels, creating a general awareness of safety among the workforce and their employers and establishing an organisational framework that can guarantee increasingly high levels of health and safety in the workplace. This cycle is made up of three modules covering, respectively, Mental health and health and safety law at work (Module 1), Bullying and Psychosocial Risks at Work (Module 2) and Psychosocial Risks at Work (Module 3). The price for the complete course is 330 euros, but it is possible to register for each module individually (1st module=140 euros, 2nd module= 140 euros, 3rd module= 100 euros). Given the integrative nature of the course, it is recommended to attend all the modules. The price includes lunch and parking for the 3 days of the course.
